The purpose is so the mayor can eventually find some idiot willing to take the rusting hull of doom. Stillwater is a laughing joke. Their citizens spend every waking hour complaining about all the problems they created themselves. Like vehicle lights disturbing neighborhoods while these cars take shortcuts. KSTP ran that stupid story. I've never seen a city with so many whining little punks in my life. Your city is going to collapse because of bad real estate investments and a population more liberal than Massachusetts. I hope Stillwater fails :)
