This is ridiculous. Why through a party for a corrupt, law breaking individual? Those people are idiots.

OK, throwing a party for this guy is stupid. But if it was a private event, then so be it. As long as the tax payers aren't picking up the tab in any way.

Anybody that would attend a party like that is beyond morally rephrensible. What does this say about the Democratic Party in NM? Its pretty disgusting.

Throwing a party for someone like Aragon show that there are so many ignorant people out there, Aragon was a thief that stole from all New Mexicans to benefit himself and his corrupt buddies. Sooner or later more will come out about him and hopefully he will be prosecuted for those crimes too. He got what he deserved and remember it’s only a drop in the bucket.

Drat, if I had been more up to date I could have gone to the party. I would have laughed more than I do now. I could have given my pal Manny the best send off a convict has had. I agree with you...and who footed the bill? The taxpayers...they are making it look as if it's okay for him to have done what he did...he took our money and they are still backing him up? How many of them were involved in it.

What a slap in the face for justice. Instead of "learning his lesson" and pondering the crimes he committed against all New Mexicans, he attends a pre-prison party. Shows you that he, and his friends, are lacking this admirable little piece of human mentality called moral character.

That fine if he wants to drink a few beers before he goes to prison. My problem is that they are publicizing it as a party. Does he deserve this. I DON'T THINK SO. I guess people like you like to be taken advantage of by corrupt New Mexico politicians.
