Hmmm...seems to me that if I COULDN'T write, why is the USMC, General Nash and so many others interested in this book..the one that Chris Swanson, who did a book signing in a DIVE bar...contributed three poems to??? Could it be that it is CHRIS who can't do anything and needs a crutch, namely, ME...to help him out???
There are many blasemous things being written about me, I would suggest that it be taken with a grain of salt. Think Britney Spears, think so many celebrities who are smeared and come out on top. I have no issues with what has been said....consider the source...an aging rockstar wanna be who is jealous of what has come around.

Charges have been trumped up against me by my "former co-author," Chris Swanson. If anyone believes in justice...stand up now and speak out. He is claiming I have defiled a harassment order during December, which is false. I have NOT set foot in Wisconsin since Nov 15th, 2008. I am in need of witnesses who will put an end to this madness and clear my good name.

This is absolute madness!!! Diane is innocent of any and ALL allegations, these are false!!! Why Swanson is accusing her of harassment is beyond me, other than pure jealousy on his part at the success she has been having versus the downfall he has had. It was SWANSON who has set up numerous blogsites, all defaming her character...calling her vile and filthy names, making insinuations that would make anyone blush. I urge one and all to set the record straight....let the record say: Diane has done NOTHING to warrant these claims!!!
Here is a list of what she HAS done:
Ronald McDonald Houses across the country, St Jude Children's Research Hospital, memphis, TN; Changing Gaits, Inc, Hinckley, MN: all have been recipients of her books/CD's. She ahs donated so many hours of time and proceeds fromher books to keep these places running. She freely has given her time to other would be authors. Never has she said no to any school or library who has asked her to appear. Never has anyone who has approached her ben turned away. She radiates goodness to all she meets. It is too bad that Swanson has so completely taken advantage of her goodness by using her for his own selfish gain. It was he who thought that writing a book would elicit him thousands of dollars...many serious authors know that it takes YEARS to have that chance, if ever!!!
Please, throw your support behind Diane, as she will need it. The court hearing is May 4th. Thank you.
