Polygraph test results are not admissible in a court of law precisely because the only thing they really show is nervousness. There have been innocent people who have failed such tests miserably and guilty people who have passed such tests with flying colors.

As to the husband not being a suspect, the police can SAY this but it could be a ploy to give him enough rope to hang himself with.

The husband is at the trailer brewing up a new batch.

Hello, Smart. I'm very familiar with the poster from Eau Claire, the one who has spent the better part of a year attacking other posters in these forums. I'm immune to him, frankly, but his attacks on others cannot be ignored any longer. My opinion is that for the sake of the Topix community and the sanctity of our rules of civility, this poster needs to be banned. After reading his latest remarks above, I am of the mindset to facilitate his removal effective immediately.

I just noticed this...was this nasty uninformed rant directed at me? If so, you have no f'ing clue dude! NONE! Frankly, any arrest record is irrelevant.....the only thing that matters is that Rose is missing and no one has heard from her. Funny, is SHE was so abusive why isn't the husband the "missing" one?

I cannot believe some of your comments! You should be ashamed. I went to school with Rose. Since our high school had less than 400 students.. I knew her.. rode on the same bus as her.. knew her sister and dad too.. this is a sad situation and all you people can do is talk about her pictures and say that she is most likely a "bad" person.. what if someone you knew was missing.. what would you want people to say or think? "no love lost there" as "The Big Bopper" wrote.. what is that supposed to mean? Aren’t we all human, don't we all have compassion and a soul? I am not saying that some things are not “fishy” but we still need to respect her family and CHILDREN… if she is not ever found is this the type of crap her children need to read about when they look up their mom’s name online?
