Man Killed, Brother Injured in Sussex Crash

LEWES , Del.- Delaware State Police are investigating a single-car crash near Lewes that killed a 19-year-old man and left his brother injured.

roger shut the hell up, you don't know what the hell your talking about. people like you disgust me. i know who they were, and for you to say something like that about anyone is just disgusting. the weather conditions were really bad that day ok..the college shut down and let everyone out early because of it and most likely that is what caused the accident. it is just plain rude for you to assume that he was texting.
