I would like to know why it is that I live on a county maintained dirt road and I have to drive through a pond to get home every time it rains. You hear the people in Mobile and Baldwin counties complaining and now there are going to pass a law that the county has to keep up their roads. Well it is already a law here and no work it being done. You can bet that someone is getting paid though.
