Belk is a garbage company! They have ruined the Proffitts and McRae's stores and they will kill Parisian. They don't believe in Service style or selection, just making money!

I agree with the previous statement. Parisian will certainly go down the drain like all of the other stores that Belk has taken over. An acquaintance of mine had told me not to mail a payment, rather to pay my bill at the store. But, we all are in a hurry today--I made the mistake of mailing in my payment and it reached the address 2 days late. For my tardiness I was charged 45% interest on a bill of $64.79. I have already cut up the Parisian credit card--never again will I use it. I really don't care to enter their store again if that is the way they treat customers.

I loved the Parisan Stores. They have trained employees that are always friendly and helpful. Stores are clean and convenient for husbands. Nice chairs for them. I just find employees a lot better in Parisans. Belks won't carry lines I bought at Parisans. You have to walk all over the store to find a clerk. We have no choice now but Belk's. I hate it.

I went to a Parisan in Atlanta, Ga it was really nice. My first time in this store. Is the Parisan in Livonia still open? If so where is it located.

Belk may work for rural/remote areas, but forget it in metro areas. It is several steps below JC Penny and Sears...They even sell the crap you see on the info commercials on TV. Customer service? Forget it. I WANT MY PARISIAN'S BACK!!!!
