the driver of the escalade who died was a great person and a wonderful father !!! it was not his time to die , the thing about this story is it was no accident at all the person in the other car had problems with the driver of the escalade and decided that he was gonna scear joey the driver of the escalade so he told his girlfriend who was driving , to brake check (go in front of joey and slam the brakes) thinking that they would have a lil accident and sue joey for money well it ended up being a huge accident and and took the life of a 24 year old father who was very loving and friendly the sad part is the driver of the car who was at fault had her infant child in the back seat when she decided to cause the accident the is so crazy as a mother i could never endanger my childs life !!!!! and then to play with some one elses safty and the boy who was in the car at fault , well i wonder how he feels he had his girlfriend do such a evil thing and now someone is dead , people just don't understand these days , you dont play with peoples lives

All I have to say is that Joey was a great person, and it wasnt his time to go. Life sucks sometimes for good people, everyone who knew joey loved him and I can believe someone who even have the heart to do something like this, and I hope they live with the agony of guilt for the rest of there lives and both the girl and guy who did this to our friend I hope they are put in jail and the key is thrown away. Joey we all miss you, you are gone but NEVER forgotten.

R.I.P JOEY.
Please keep Joeys family and his baby girl in your prayers. And hope that Mr. Wise gets what he deserves. God will handle this. RIP JOEY.

I think this was a horrible thing for one human being to do to another. You never realize that when you get behind the wheel of an automobile that in an instant your life can end, but that is the truth. People think that driving is just a part of life but you never think that it can also take a life. People make bad choices every day, and it's the ones that are always playing it safe paying the ultimate price. I pray for him and his family. Especially that little girl who's father was taken away at such a young age. I believe they should do unto others, as they do unto you. And also, if the other party had their own child in that vehicle, they should have to lose their child as well. No parent in their right mind, would purposely put their child in harms way.

When i first heard about this I was so mad that someone would go on a highway and slam on their brakes. Then today I found out who the other person was and that explains it all. Jason needs to be put in jail at the least for murder. He is and always has tried to start crap between everyone in Glen Burnie or around the area. They also need to be charged with indangerment for their child. They must be pretty stupid to put not only yourselves but your child in a situation like that. Joey was a good man and never deserved this. I hope Jason and lynn get what they deserve.

Oh and almost forgot they are now trying to say that Lynn was driving and Joey came you and just rammed into them for no reason. That they never hit their brakes. I really hope the cops do their job and get them.

Two wrongs don't make a right. Don't tail someone on the highway and this won't happen. Some young man lost his life for being stupid. The driver in front of him was also stupid for slamming on the breaks. Slamming on the breaks to back someone off is the dumbest thing I have heard. I guess some people didn't pay attention in driving school.

This whole situation is bad no matter what way you look at it. Mr. Wise has been charged with driving without a license in the past, multiple assault charges, CARRING A HAND GUN WITH OUT A PERMIT, and a domestic violence charge with the alleged "mother". Mr. Norfolk should have avoided this whole situation, but the ultimate blame lies with Mr. Wise. If he was indeed driving, and further more driving without a license, than he needs to be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. It is true what they say, the good die young. My thoughts and prayers are with Joey's family and daughter. May we all learn from this and THINK before we act.
