Teen in Christopher Jones death to be tried as juvenile

The older of two teens accused earlier this year of fatally punching a 14-year-old boy while he rode his bike in Crofton will be tried as a juvenile, a county judge ruled yesterday.

Depends on the age I guess........16+=try as adult
15=iffy
14 or less=try as kid
