MIGHT be a good idea for Joey Creedon to stop by again so he can properly introduce himself to Mr.White. Should Mr.White go to prison, Joey might want to tell him to keep a cot warm for him.

No one thinks this boy should have been murdered. But when people act the way he and his buddies did that night, sometimes there are tragic consequences that no one could foresee. White was a law abiding man his whole life. He was thrust into a situation that he did not ask for or provoke. We all say what we would have done differently in the same situation, but I believe no one can safely pass judgement until they are faced with the exact same scenario.

There's medication for impotence. You don't have to go through life being frustrated and feeling less than other men.

Alex...I am guessing you are not a father of child...I am not saying what Mr. White did was right...but your buddy...started it ...by listening to a stupid girl before getting the facts..If you want to be mad blame the girl who accused Mr. White son...I am a mother and let me tell you I will DO anything to protect my family...your buddy was drinking and he wanted to be BIG man his PARENTS should of never let him take the car if he was drinking all he wanted was to show everyone that he was "DANO" and he could get away with anything... his parents and the girl should really look in the mirror to see who it to blame..I am sorry for your loss...but Mr. White son went home and Dano went after him...you will understand when you become a father...

Unfortunately, you are wrong. There are quite a few morons out there who think Daniel got what he deserved. I have been in a very similar situation where the kids did break into my house and assault my nephew. I had every right to kill that person as he broke into my home and I am a woman. However at the very last second before I might have killed him, it became known to me who he was. I did not know him, but knew of him. I controlled myself, because I am an adult. He did not die and his stupid mother and father did not have to go to his funeral. John White acted selfishly, stupidly, and arrogantly. He deserves jail time. His son also needs a reality check, so does his wife. None of this will bring back a boy who may not have acted appropriately, but certainly did not deserve to die.

The VERY SAME argument could be made for the guys who showed up at White's house that night. Any one of them could have phoned the police. And they did go there with the intent to cause trouble.
Again, I will say that MOST people do not believe this guy should have been killed. But when you go around acting like he did, sometimes the unexpected happens.

He should've stayed in the house and called the cops. Instead a young kid (albeit a dumbass) is dead and a man is going to jail.
