From what I have seen and heard of Bedell he does look like a real nice kid. I really did not think it was Stacey Bedell himself who was posting but you are right that it has to be either a relative or a close friend that is. He or she has complained all year that he is not getting enough carries. I hope who ever is posting is not pumping the kid up with a lot of BS. I know if one of my sons is as talented as Stacey is as a sophomore I would be telling him the team comes first and the championship should be your #1 goal. I would also tell him to be patient and keep working hard and good things will happen.

Hi my friend - We (Hewlett) know Lawrence better than you think. You see We play with them on the Inwood Buccaners every year and in my humble opinion I would not be surprised if Lawrence was in for a Bethpage like year next year. About those Lineman - You think they will be losing only 1 lineman? What about Santisteban? Do you have their roster to post on line? I thought they were mostly seniors. I respect your thoughts, however, the Lawrence team better get if done now as Lynbrook is very tough!!!
Well then if you are familiar with the Inwood Buccaneers, then you are indeed familiar with this freshman Rb. I checked youtube and i found a video on him. He is quite the dynamic runner indeed. I want to thank you for pointing out the inwood aspect..WOW..pure fire..I can't wait to see this kid next year.

http://www.youtube.com/watch...

I respect the fact that you are a Hewlet homer(all the way in Israel)..that's quite admirable. I've been only following Lawrence since 06..and every since then, they have dominated Hewlet(even the middle school..lol)and sorry, i don't see any signs of that changing in the foreseeable future. Well unless you can recover Niv from wherever he may be hiding. The last time i saw him was at Hofstra last year were my boys from Elmont blew him out 28-7. See unlike Bethpage Lawrence doesn't rebuild..they just reload..like last year( which actually WAS a reloading year)

I know what your saying. I tell my son the same thing, although he knows where he stands on the team. He's one of the backups, but he still trys and supports the team. He enjoys the work outs and practices and he's having fun, anyway. He enjoys the little playing time that he gets when the game is in hand. He knows he's helping the team just by helping them prepare for the games and he accepts that and works hard for them. He loves the game and just wants to be a part of it any way he can.

That kid Tyler Fredericks looks like a stud at 12 years old.Heard a couple of weeks ago that he is only 13 and playing on the varsity. With Barnett gone he could possibly be one of the better running backs in the conf. next year as a SOPH.

<quoted text>Hey DaFan, you're wasting your time talking to this person sensibly. He is not Bedell. My son tells me Bedell is a very nice and respectful young man, but he must be very close. That's all he's been talking about all season. I tried telling him the same thing as you and it only turned into an arguement. He doesn't want to hear it.
Anyway, my congrats to the William Floyd Colonials on another fine performance. Let's do it again next week at Stonybrook. That will be REDEMPTION for week one. Work hard in practice this week and all will be fine. "One Game at a Time". GO FLOYD!!!!!

Isn't there like three Fredericks'? Tyler and Ryan who are playing now, Justin who played till 2007 had 1,000 yards rushing with 12 td's?

You are correct. Well actually there are four Frederikcs boys. I spoke to my source at Lawrence and he states that they are all phenomenal Rbs. The best one however is the fourth one. He plays on the undefeated lawrence middle school and he truly is a menance on defense and offense. I don't know how that will transfer on the high school level, but so far this family is quite impressive.

Yes!! he is only 13 and starts on the Varsity football team. As i mentioned in my earlier post, Coach Andre does not waste his talents on his minor league team(JV). He brings them up to play with the big boys..

Fist team Defense All New York State - Keith Goodluck

Second team Offense All New York State - Justin Fredericks, P.J. Preziosa

Third team Offense All New York State - Travis Kennedy

Why are you showing highlight reels from minor league JV and middle school teams? What does this prove according to you?
Ask Andre how many lineman are coming back next year. The RB will not do anything if he has no line!!! This Lawrence team has a chance at the championship. Cant see them winning anything for the next few years even if you reload your rbs. The line and defense wins championships and if this Lawrence team has a suspect line and defence you can surely see just a little bit into the future teams they are going to have will be even more suspect. Hewlett is going to beat Lawrence next year if they play.

No dont think so, however, Hewlett is going to have a good team especially after such a fine effort this year. It just goes to show that good programs can win in any conference and the truth is that a good coach and staff bring out the best in players on the feild and off the field. This year could have been a disaster with 5 projected starters not showing up. Anyway I have alot of important things to do here so thanks to all my friends here on LI football for the conversations. I will check back next year when Hewlett plays until then Shalom everyone

Daily Horoscope for December 24

Cancer

Take things gently otherwise you'll end up running round in ever-decreasing circles. Yes, you may still have a lot to do but you won't achieve very much if you develop butterfingers or waste all your energy on a full-blown panic. Maybe you could rope someone into helping you, rather than doing your Cinderella act in the kitchen while everyone else takes it easy?
