Denial is sooo strong. This is not her first run in with CPS and she has other charges pending from another "incident" prior to this.

If the DA has any gusto they witrh CPS will see that she may be careful for a time but this may be one of those cases that we look back on and say - should of done more. I hope not but her deifiance, denial and anger are sure signs of what may be yet to come.

You never just stroll into court on your first appearance and plead guilty, unless it's a very minor offense. In fact, I don't think the judge will let you. You have to play the game, and let the lawyers do their thing...

this demented woman may have believed she would be let go by pd. Why? Because she may have a relationship with MVPD...i.e. she may be being used as a human poop magnet. This is the new world of policing.....protecting real criminals if they "play ball". She may have thought the SAPD was in on it. She was wrong....this time. But this might be the tenth time she has done this and been let go the other 9. Why...the pd uses these pukes as lures for easy drug busts. It is possible this womans role is to attract them so pd can bust them. Much easier than the old way of actually seeking out real perps. I have personally known people who have called pd on dealers and been told to shut up...in so many words and actions of pd. This caused great fear in their hearts. Now, they do not trust pd at all. It takes one exposure to real pd corrution to cause permanent mistrust. It is like a drug...the fear caused by lazy cops...that never wears off.

Last year another pd created whorehouses in res neighborhoods in the east bay to sting johns. They did not tell nor ask the neighbors who , of course, complained. Suddenly there were perverts in their midst at all hours. Somehow..this was seen by pd as OK. It might still be going on. Impeach now! Top down clean house.

Technically the boy wasn't driving. When the police got there he was sitting in the driver’s seat but he was afraid to drive. She may actually have a good chance of being acquitted.
