It's a very small town and not alot to do there.

Why?? Not a big place, and even less work.

Harrington is great!! It's about 45 minutes from the beaches, 30 minutes from Dover, about an hour from Wilmington. There's the Delaware State Fair in the summer, and the ice skating rink in the colder months, as well as the Midway Slots!! It's not as small a town as it used to be, but it still has that small town vibe :D

If you are not related to a councilman do not move here! These people have invaded my privacy and threatened to kick me out of the house that I own for the last ten years. They drove around town with a tape measure to make sure your grass is at the appropriate length and anything your neighbors don't like they make an ordinance against. If you are 80 years old and enjoy trimming your bushes everyday and destroying the struggling young families around you then this is a wonderful place for you to move to!

You don't have to live in town to live in Harrington!! I grew up in town, and my parents moved us for the same reasons you mentioned. My in-laws live just outside of city limits and it's wonderful!! If you hate it so much why are you still there?
