...like to have is more Columbus idiots moving up here to Mill Valley and telling us how to run our hometown.
If you don't like it, pack your trash up and move back to the great city of Columbus or where ever you came from.
You are not wanted or welcome.

Marysville has the potential to be a great bedroom community but no one wants to pay city tax to both Columbus and Marysville.

You can count on my "NO" vote every time the tax increase comes up on the ballot, until the tax credit is restored.

This is an example over $250,000 of our tax funds wasted.
parcel # 25-0009015.000 CITY OF MARYSVILLE
This is a 34 acre bean field across Beecher Gamble road from the 65 acres the big new city turd machine is on. This land was sold for over $8200 per acre to Marysville and the annual taxes are $1300.
None of us or anyone will ever in their life see the City use this land for anything, but were paying for it and all sorts of other useless property.
The city already has the newer service center on their 100+ acres of land by Mill Creek, The city fire dept is more than welcome im sure to base a unit out there if they feel the need to be north of the railroad tracks.
The bogus threat to close the pool was a huge oversight on the city adminstration and the reply by the mayor reported by the local newspaper about the deed restriction was "I don't think they would enforce that"????
Shut UR stupid pie hole !!!

Why did Marysville annex all the new areas over the last decade if they cannot serve them?

If you lived in Marysville a decade ago and paid 1% income tax, how is the annexation benefitting you if they now want to double the tax rate?

I don't understand why cities are always suckers to developers.
