That's just tough Crap Mayor Wilk. I as a rate payer applaud Otter Tail Power Co. for looking beyond GREED & rather looking out for the interest's of their rate payers & shareholders as well. I pray the Good Lord punishes you GREEDY people, who's only interests are to make huge profits of the backs of hard working poor rate payers. May this plant never be built. Amen.
