Lee chicken

I came in from out of town and stopped by lee s chicken.. the food isn't the same... the chicken was ok but not great like it use to be... the mac and cheese was old tasting and
The mashed potatoes had 2 come straight from a box ... what happened?

If they continue to mess up, someone will buy them out and put up a place, maybe call it Pappy's and have the best cheeseburger on the planet. Shakes too.

When I grauduated MHS, Pappy's was the finest eating place to be had. It's a masturbating shame what they did to that place. Then they got rid of the Silver Kitchen and we don't have a good spot anymore. At Bill & Dot's you could get that good old Reelfoot baloney and make one hell of a sandwich but you can't even do that anymore.

Lee's has a bunch of kids working there and they could care less. I got aa 8 piece meal last week and
it was greasy as it can get. The biscuits were like rocks and the slaw didn't taste right. I won't be back. There isn't a good chicken place around anymore. KFC in humboldt is awful too.

For a place to go to crap like they have they sure do have the business. I was gonna have some Lees the other day but the place was packed and the drive thru was backed to the hiway. They are doin something rite.

The problem with Milan is there is no real good place to eat at. Higgs use to be good, not great but good and they have gone down hill fast. When you have nothing to chose from the bad places stay open.

Nothing but a bunch of kids working at the food places. I guess the managers don't care enough to make them do their jobs.

I work here and I am a teenager. I like to be responsible and i think any teenager that actually tries to get a job will do better in life. Apparantly whoever says the managers or owners do not care is wrong we do our job to the best of our ability. I love working there it is a nice first job to have as a teen. Oh and by the way our food is good and every place will have there ups and downs with how the food taste i mean atleast its not rotten everyone will mess up no business is just beyond perfect! and if your on here to talk bad about a business think of how hard it is to run one? The owners and managers are great people there and they do make us do our job correct. Thanks

Higgs is very nasty anymore and the food is stale and when the place is so nasty it's hard not to think how nasty the kitchen and employees might be with the food! The windows are dirty and greasy; the carpet looks like someone puked on it; the rags they wipe the tables with are filthy. Yuck!

They sure are busy to have nasty food. Obviously slot of people disagree.

Lee's breakfast is the BOmB!! we love it! eat there atleast twice a week...i used to swear off Lees because i got food poisoning when i was little and assumed it was from there, but like "Lees worker" said every place has its ups and downs...no body or no where is perfect.

I love Lee's! I worked there about 10 years ago and it was an awesome experience! They teach you work ethic and keep you busy! I love Jeanine and the Erdmann's put a lot of energy in keeping that place a staple in Milan!

I mean something has to be said for a family owned business (It is a smaller franchise) that beat out a huge chicken corporation (aka KFC).

Keep on pumping out that chicken and tea!

HIGGS is EXTREMELY nasty! Floors, windows, bathrooms; food is stale and crusted over around the edges; employees play with their hair and touch the plates and glasses of diners....YUCK! The owner DOES NOT want to LISTEN to customer input! "She" smart mouths in response to any comments suggested! I will not go back til I hear it has been sanitized! I saw the tables wiped after the rag was on the floor..double YUCK!

yeah I'm sure your right its bull crap they have kids that sit and text workin there..but they have people like me that actually wanna work.

uhm no we do not sit and text at work unless we are on break i would know i work there? and you probably dont get hired bc they find better people or they are not hiring

I worked there 22 years ago and still go back!!! I agree completely. Don't forget the potato wedges!!
