What's up with pizza hut? I called the local Milan pizza hut, gave my phone number and address. The lady then asked me if i wanted to order from the milan TN USA location. That's crap for customer service. I explained myself 3 times then I gave up. I ended up ordering from dominos.

The last time we ordered from Pizza Hut I was stunned to see that a $2.00 delivery fee was added to the check! When I ordered I wasn't made aware of the fee.

I know it's only $2.00 bucks, but when you already tip the driver $5.00 another $2.00 starts to add up.

LOL, that's just wrong when you can't even call the local store directly.

When I order from Pizza Hut, I do it online now. Easy to see exactly what you are ordering AND being charged and you don't have to talk to anyone except the delivery guy at the door. You can also pay for it online with your debit card so you don't have to give the delivery person money at all. My one complaint about Pizza Hut is that anytime we order beef on our pizza there is always some sausage mixed in with the piece of beef... irritating!

We went to pizza hut in milan last night. We sat and waited about 15 minutes and the girl never came and took our order. We finally left. I guess they will be the next ones to close. They have really went downhill lately.

For the complaints about the phone calls going to another place. When a PHut is busy and after 3 rings it goes to an answering service. This is suppose to help customers get there orders in not inconvience you. Those people answer the phones for all PHut in the area so they have to ask questions to where you are. Secondly the $2 convienve fee added to delivery orders doesn't go to the drivers for tips. They get just a few cents for gas and the rest goes to pizza hut for upkeep on things like warming bags, toppers, etc. Now if the service sucks that's another issue and there are numbers on the back of your reciept to complain abot.

Milan is getting a Papa John`s out by WalMart soon. YIPPPPPEEEEEEE! Hope it`s as good as the others I have eat at in Jackson & Memphis. Domino`s & Papa`s Pizza are just plain nasty. Pizza Hut has always been my favorite, but it really has gone downhill lately. So I don`t order out anymore...I just make my own pizza at home.

True Story...Last December I called in an order to Milan's Pizza Hut...used local number, called from landline phone, gave order, address, and phone # from which I was calling..waited over an hour, no pizza. I called same number I had called to place the order to check to see what was the problem. I was told the driver went out with pizza and could not find the house. They asked me describe the house, which I did. Waited another 30 min. and still no pizza! I called same # again. This time I was asked more questions about location of house. Mind you I live on a cove with only three houses. How could anyone not find a house on a street with only three houses? I began to ask my own questions! Somehow my order had gotten mixed up with an order placed by someone calling an 800 # or an order placed on line and Pizza Hut was trying to deliver my order to my address, only the delivery person was in a town somewhere in Arkansas! The person on the phone asked if I wanted them to make me another order and deliver it..three hours after I placed the order...Sure, I said. When the delivery person rang the doorbell, I went to the door and took the pizza from him and said, "Thank you" and closed the door before they could say anything. I guess they stood there for a few minutes before they realized they were not getting any payment or TIP! I have not ordered from Pizza Hut since.

The old assistant manager from Milan who did so well with everything was moved to Humboldt (where she made that crappy score go to number 4 out of 200 stores in the last ranking) She is now being moved back to Milan to fix all the problems that occurred after she left. I bet everything will be a little better now so don't give up on Pizza Hut, yet!

Pizza Hut is like any other retailer. They're only going to be as good as the management who is in charge.

It does NO good to call and complain locally. The employees and support staff are limited in what they can and can't do.

If you want to see real change call the corporate offices, or the franchise owner. Eventually, they will get tired of the complaints and become pro-active.

One serious problem I've noticed is with employees who seem more interested in socializing with friends and family rather than taking care of customers. I know Milan is a small community where everyone knows everyone, but when you're at work you're there to do a job NOT socialize on the companies time and dollar.

The bottom line here is: the squeaky wheel gets the grease!

I have no problem with the manager..I like her and think it is nice that she stops by the tables and talks to her customers...it was a corporate mix-up that caused the problems with delivering to the wrong state..that was the point I was making...seems some people jumped on the wrong band wagon....

There's a big difference between being friendly to customers who are already seated and dining and ignoring customers at the door who are waiting to be seated or customers who are standing at the counter waiting to pay for their meal.

The last time we attempted to dine in, we stood at the enterance waiting to be acknowledged while a Pizza Hut employee stood less than three feet from us and talked to a woman sitting in a booth. She made eye contact with me, but didn't approach us until she had ended her conversation.

I have NO issue with employees being cordial, but there is an appropriate time and place for it.

Could have been there were no tables ready???have you never waited to be seated at a restaurant before????Usually the wait at most restaurants is like 30min or longer!!!

Yes, I've eaten out before. This was not my first experience with a restaurant..

There was NO ONE in the restaurant except for my three member family, three Pizza Hut employees and the one woman that the Pizza Hut employee was talking to in the booth

Even though there were only seven people in the building total the condition of the dining room was less than appetizing. There were at least two tables that needed to be bused. That job wasn't being taken care of either.

I'm not the least bit unreasonable. If the restaurant had been busy, we would've waited or taken our business elsewhere. Since we were the only car in the lot we assumed that they weren't busy and it might be a good time to patron their business. We were wrong.

The last time I was there, I waited at the checkout to be seated for probably 10 minutes. There was a young black girl at the register texting on her phone and 2 other guys just standing there. We finally just turned around and walked out. We haven't been back since.
