Wow, Pete you really ticked someone off or they are extremely bored. There are hundreds of Pete Millers on Case Net. I only wish I had the time to watch out for everyone elses business. When you work 40 hours a week, then have time to surf Case Net, wow must be nice. I think the people of Milan need to start cleaning up their own back yard before complaining about Pete Millers. I'm sure "Why" and all of it's family have lead a perfect life, never made one mistake. Get a life or a job "Why" and stop worring about what Pettie is doing. This may be the reason so many good people are leaving Milan.

Hi Pete. I see you have continued your case until October. Are your parents raising money to pay the right people? It doesn't matter. You will end up just like your Uncle Scott Anderson. It's sad to watch.....

BTW, "What" is not Pete. That is his exwife. And yes everything you said about Pete is true. His mother confirmed it at church a few weeks ago. Instead of talking about Pete have you tried praying for him? And the children he has physical contact with? Why can't you people in Milan stop trashing each other and live for Christ?

I pray that you change your ways but the fact remains that you commited a crime. Your sisters daycare was a hellish experience for a number of young children. Comes now the Hon. Adam Warren, Prosecuting Attorney for the City; comes also the Defendant in person and with the Hon. Tracey A Mason-White. The Defendant request and is granted leave to withdraw his plea of not guilty and to enter a plea of guilty. The Court being fully satisfied the Defendants plea is knowing, voluntary and intelligently given and being fully advised of the facts finds there is a factual basis on which to accept the plea and finds the Defendant guilty. The Court accordingly withholds imposition of sentence and places the defendant on probation for a period of 1 years under conditions of COURT SERVICES through call in. The Defendant is assessed 48 hours shock detention and complete 20 hours community service within 60 days. Defendant is granted a stay of execution to serve his jail sentence to November 28, 2009 at 5:00 p.m. The Defendant is also assessed $80.00 board bill and $36.50 court cost. The defendant pays the same and enters into the terms of his probation and is released thereunder. Committment issued.

Not good enough. For the damage caused it should have been alot more. Message to Ann E. Miller----how many times are you going to bail out your son?

And also, why is suicide the number on cause of death in your family?

And also, as a side note, I think Sam is better off than Pete. Look at the up bringing Pete went thru. Yes, Sam was better off dieing when he did..... AMEN.

In prison Pete called me sir and I called him b#tch. We were close but I didn't bother to contact him after we got out. He didn't speak of his family only to say they were the reason he was in prison. After reading this I believe it.

I am very sorry for what you say Pete did to you. Please follow thru with reporting it. It isn't to late to put him away or at least get the info out there. You could help protect the children from becoming victims again from this monster.

I am posting a link to Missouri's law applying to this case. Before you try reporting Pete Miller for molesting or touching or whatever do read it. It seems you may be to late for a civil lawsuit. But the time for conviction never runs out. So you need to either report this or drop it. If you are being honest with us and yourself you will report him today. Either way you aren't helping anybody by posting here. Unless of course you started your own thread trying to gather other victims for testimony.

And you can call the Sullivan County social services and the prosecutor in Milan. Just go to the courthouse and all you have to do is ask. Or just call. BUT FOR GOD'S SAKE STOP AIRING IT IN PUBLIC LIKE THIS. You have the tools now to get justice if that is what this is about.
