I couldn't, in good conscience, vote in favor of an adendum to an existing contract with such extreme concessions that would affect the membership through the life of a contract that has yet to be negotiated. For members to take that large of a pay cut ($10-$15 / hr) for 6 YEARS without the right to strike for improvements seems ludicrous. If it had been a concession to the end of the existing contract, that may have been another matter.
