GUILFORD COUNCIL ARE PRESENTLY EMPLOYING CONTRACTORS TO UPGRADE COUNCIL PROPERTY . One of these contractors is abusing the system. in to days present housing situation and rising cost of council tax. why are they paying one painter £4000 pounds a month?

Cause that is the way the crooked system works. There is the monetary kick-back that has to be factored into the price.
