Enjoy the cavalcade of drunkenness, marijuana smoke, vile manners, and other anti-social behavior on the Plaza, all day, and all night. No thanks. I'll stay home and watch 100 channels of Michael Jackson coverage.

Or you could go to another country town where there is good clean fun, like a beautiful parade, picnic, and wonderful fireworks, fresh air, wonderful people to meet, maybe even reach out to make new friends and leave the world a better place than you found it! Life is short, enjoy it while you can.

Or he could try dropping the bigotry, and celebrate with the people around him, we don't all have to be good little clones do we?

Ferndale will have a parade with a patriotic theme on the 4th of July. That is where I would be thinking about traveling to..

Otherwise if I stay home, then I will attempt to watch the fireworks. That is, if it is not foggy out... When there is visibility, I can see both pyrotechnic displays from on top of one of the hills above Humboldt Bay..

Really, the theme of the parade would be patriotic?
Who would have thought?

I will be at home, weeping for our rapidly disappearing freedoms, as our government grows ever more intrusive & domineering.

Our founding fathers never dreamed of a day when the federal government is planning on taking over the private sector.

Amazingly, the TS had a glitch and caused the story that I was discussing vanish. Pixie dust may have been used

And the little town that put HumCo on the map is ignored. Ferndale will have it's parade, etc despite the lack of mention.. What does the paper wish to highlight? The God Awful conditions in Loleta, the mythic life in Ferndale, or the Wannabees the inhabit Eureka?

The useless junkies should be corraled, their dealers sourced , and continuing until the Chemist/ Cooker. The junkies should get 24 months probation, the cookers should be hung in the public square. Hiding the Death Penalty behind walls significantly detracts from its deterrent value.

Yes I think the condemned should be run through fast, that drug crimes should be a cause for execution and that the execution should be public, required for kids 10 or older to view in the primary Neighborhood of the offender. The only question is the method of death, well for centuries peoples have worked to not be hung by the neck. So hanging by the neck would be the norm for criminals reguardless of skin tone. A plan to break the law is normal.

Daily Horoscope for December 26

Gemini

Mercury will backtrack through your finances over the next few weeks, which isn't a very seasonal thought if you're already well aware that you've overspent this month. Be prepared to do some juggling or to seek expert advice if you're worried about how you're going to cope. You may be kept busy handling inheritance, tax or insurance matters, preparing investment analysis, and allocating funds for the repayment or collection of debts.
