As if the gates weren't a big enough waste of money, now they inconvenience travelers and waste peoples time and money so that they can "test' them. The more amazing part is that most of this area could evacuate going either direction. Couple that with the fact that this area has NEVER been evacuated and you see just how big of a waste this is.

This is one of the DUMEST DRILLS EVER! vdot is a bunch of morons. This is a No braner. You close the gates no traffic will get in. Do you think of the people that need to get to work o sundays? WHAT IDIOTS!
