Gov Tim Kaine is so full of bull that I can smell him here.
"After six months of implementation, it was clear that the fees did not improve the safety of Virginia highways," Kaine said.
NO in the six months he learned he would not get re-elected if he didn't do something to fix that crock full of stupid.

How do you spot an aggressive driver? I one could argue the meaning of "aggressive." If a person drives faster to merge into the next lane on a busy morning, would that be considered aggressive and dangerous? Or what about if a person speeds up, cut in front of everyone who is waiting to go on a off ramp?

Here come the tolls again!!! If everyone would slow down then this wouldn't affect you. They have pay for the roads.

As a resident of Virginia, and a good driver, I disagree with taking away the civil remedial fees. Driving is a privilege, and if you can't obey the laws, then you should have to pay higher fees, or not drive at all.

It wouldn't be a wrong way to fund transportation if people did what they were supposed to do. The problem here is that bad drivers are in the majority, not the minority, so everyone is up in arms about it. Personally, I'm sick of seeing people that drive through neighborhoods at 45 mph where kids play. Every day on the secondary roads I take to work, I see someone going the posted speed limit only to be bullied and nearly run down by someone going 20 over and weaving in and out of traffic. No one has any respect for the driving laws around here and nothing seems to be happening to improve the situation.
