Meatballs The Bartolini's American Meatball Eating Championship will take place during the St. Christopher Fiesta Friday in Midlothian. Entrants can qualify now by coming to Bartolini's restaurant, 14420 Pulaski Road, Midlothian. A $20 entry donation will go to St. Vincent DePaul and St. Steven's Food Pantry. Qualifiers who have the fastest time consuming 10 meatballs will earn a spot at the July 18 event.
