I was at that council meeting when he said he denied saying that Greenwoods water rates would go double with his water plan, then the councilman pulled out the tape recorder and played a recorded meeting for the citizens and Steve clearly said our water rates would double if Greenwood went with his water plan. Breedlove then stomped out of the meeting.
This is all documented, the city recorded the council meeting it happened in, Breedlove denies this and the video will probably end up on youtube. A copy of the minutes of that meeting could also be put on Topix for all to see.
