Hey AOL, Do yourself a favor and STEER far away from Kohl's. Severely mismanaged, phenomenally unorganized, they change the rules at anytime on a whim but fail to notify anyone of it but quick to punish you for not following them. If you aren't careful & walk on eggshells you are subject to be demeaned, belittled and talked down to on a daily basis by supervisors who think they are so much better then you simply because of a little "yellow cord" holding their badge. The list is endless....worked there for 3 years....Anymore questions?
