Searching now Knoxville, TN	Reply » \| Report Abuse \| Judge it! \| #1 Apr 16, 2012 I am moving back the end of June, and know HOW hard it is to find a place short term, so do any of you decent landlords there have any homes that will be coming up for rent in June??? It is just me and one child, no drugs, no parties, and I am on HUD, but it is for a short term disability, not because i just don't want to work or have a drug problem. I can provide Landlord and personal references. Thanks for any help!!!!! If you have anything leave me an email or phone # where I can contact you. God bless...

just me Corbin, KY	Reply » \| Report Abuse \| Judge it! \| #9 Apr 30, 2012 yes section 8 will let u rent for more than 450 they just wont foot out more than that besides they dont pay it all anyway. Ik bc im currently onb section 8 housing. They pay percentage based on income. If u have no income they will pay the full450. Unsure about tn but u cant really find decent section 8 house in middlesboro.

I am tired of apartment living, and it is just me and my child, so I would be a great tenant, no drugs, single mom, never late with rent, good credit, I just want stability and to stay the same place and make A HOME, no more apt's. If anyone knows of a house in harrogate or Middlesboro let me know. I just need a 2-3 BR..thanks so much
