Fuson Auto (Rip Off)

I am writing in reguards of what type of person Wlliam Fuson is. I bought a car from him gave 8 thous cash for it...Went two days and it locked up. Not because it was low on oil. Because it had been rigged to not pour out the oil out of the busted block. I contacted him as soon as it happen and had it towed back to his shit-lot. He did not want to give my money back. I informed him I would see him in court and his attitude changed but instead of giving my money back that he had probably already spent, he wanted me to pick out another vehicle of my liking, I found one I liked and inspected it really well to my knowledge. I bet you all could only guess what happen. It was left sitting on the side of the road about a week later BECAUSE i hadnt drove it at night until the following week, It had been shorted out majorly when the head lights where turned on(something I shoulda checked and used before my whole weeks gaurentee was up lol.... Needless to say I took a 8 thousand dollar loss and owned a totaled burned down car. I didn't get my money back and needless to say he would no longer awnser my phone calls. I tried to file a suit but it was sold AS IS. So my loss is your lesson. He is not a very good person as he likes to rip people off for a living, which is fine but karma makes her rounds.. My point is not only toward Mr.Fuson but all car dealers. Watch out. When you test drive them its worth paying a good mechanic to check it out for you extremely well. Not to metion a CARFAX is what I shouldve done to begin with. The second one he gave me had a salvage title witch was pretty much value-less lol. Not trying to get a big shit talking scene here. Just trying to warn others what type of people your dealing with when you pull in either of Fusons car lots. You gotta do your homework folks when it comes to used cars but Fusons has already done the rigging homework to get your money. Thanks for the time it took reading this, I hope no one else has to go thru this. He took food off my familys table to put in his hummer. Just wanted to WARN you all before you buy a vehicle from this man......Ive heard someone shot him because of a situation like this....Is this true or hearsay

well thanks so much for posting this because i went over there about a week ago and was gonna trade my camaro and 500 dollars for a car he had because i need a family car now that i have a son but now i know better thanks so much

Thank you for putting the word out, he screwed my son too. He takes advantage of people with no or bad credit by his buy here pay here, he gets what he has in the car before you leave the lot anything else he gets is pure profitt. He waits and if you are a week or less late on a payment he will have his nasty repo man come and get it, sell it to someone else and make his money all over again. He is a prick acts like your friend then totally takes advantage of you. People really need to shop around and explore thier options before you step foot on Willies lo

where is Fuson auto sales at?

I payed a 1000 down and the next day it blew up! tried calling him a thousand times and he never would answer or return my calls.. what a**hole..but i agree karma always catches up and bite people who do wronge in the a**. so i gave him 1000 for nothing.. your welcome willy

I got a lemon from him as well was a 98 grand-am motor blew one day and got to noticing it was pouring trans fluid too. BAD BUSINESS

I was also wandering if it was true he got shot over a bad deal? Maybe coke deal or just a sale gone bad? I heard it once but not from a realiable source?

The shooting on his lot was between two of his old workers...not Willie...., but yes he will suck your money and not think twice about doing it: got a car from him a couple years ago and it was broke down every other day... The car is where it belongs now , the crusher

Any of you file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau or with the Attorney General?

No I didnt myself at the time. I should and might still will although its been some months since he got me.

If enough people file a complaint against his business with the Better Business Bureau they will contact him and if is selling junk they can and will shut him down.

I'm def. Not taking up for Willie cause I have gotten a bad car off of him more then once. But I've dealt with him Alot and he was honest when he said he doesn't know much about the cars on his lot, he buys them at the sales and brings them back, most of them he couldn't tell u if they're a five speed or and automatic, but any car sales man is gonna act like thier stuff is the best around, I think he should take the time to inspect the vehicals before selling them.

No way would I pay $8,000 for a used car. A brand new one isn't much more than that and you get a good warranty with it.

Willie Fuson just charged us $40 dollars just to transfer titles on vehicles that we are trading out to another person & we bought the other vehicle from him but it's paid for. We just needed names changed on each title and this is what he charged...I thought that was much but we have bought several vehicles from him. We bought a vehicle from him only to find out the body was gone underneath & we are now having to switch everything over to another body that we also got from him but the plus w/ him is money talks and it's hard to get vehicles from places that does credit checks and the amount of money down is crazy. We have been pretty lucky w/ vehicles we have bought from him so far.....

Willie Fuson never had an $8000.00 dollar car on his lot since his lot has been there!!! You paid $8000.00 for an $800.00 car! Is that his fault or your???
