Who has never imagined committing the very kinds of atrocities this man is guilty of?
Who can say it was not a matter of ability?
Who can say that this man was not a victim of our insatiable economic need for war?
Who can say he will not be followed by a legion of American lost souls?

2. How much brains does it take to shoot a gun
