Does anyone remember watching a news cast about a man named Lincoln Barber from Jabez KY,who is a sexual predator whos been overlooked by school systems?If so,do you know were or how i can read or see this newsclip?I live in Jabez KY and I think I work with this man.Thank you so much.

The offender's name is CHARLES FRANKLIN BARBER and if you are concerned you should have checked the KSP sex offender registry( http://kspsor.state.ky.us/ )to verify your comment BEFORE typing. If this other man wanted he could press charges and because of such horrible accusations win in any court of law.
