My father was a deputy for 26 years and I know that you pull the gun as a last resort but you are also not afraid to shoot and that if you just injure you have just allowed them a second chance to cause more harm. A misunderstanding is one thing and i agree there are trigger happy cops but there are also the ones that have never fired their gun. This was by no means a misunderstanding.
