Here we go again, still no trial, yesterday they had another hearing and it sounds like it is just more of the same delaying, same old stuff.

So the motion to dismiss evidence is once again denied, so it seems like the same old, same old just a stall tactic. The Sentinel could have kept the last article and just re-run it, nothing new. I guess we just wait to see if it works again. What will their next excuse be?

Our Mifflin County court system, while you read this Bryner case, and he is in jail, where they continue to come up with things to keep from going to trial. Another case with Barner,the diner owner, on sexual charges,and out of jail on bond, seems like he cannot get a trial. One day you read where the motion was denied for Bryner and today you read where Barner wants a trail. Did we need a second judge or are they making use of them ?
