Nothing will be done with the Altmar building.
It will sit empty until it is sold to some politiclly connected indivdual at a fraction of it's value and then turned into hotel rooms for fishermen.

Discussion of reuses for Altmar and Williamstown elementary schools topic for meeting
The consultant working on finding new uses for Altmar, Parish and Williamstown elementary schools said Monday night senior citizen housing isn't a possibility for the buildings right now.
