According to case net the cases have not been disposed of yet and are still pending in court. Nothing moves quickly in Court in Audrain County.

Guilty plea and in jail. Owner of stolen cattle now has civil suit to recover lost cattle? And after all those "they didn't do it" blogs they come clean.
