Let's see if I have this right. Because you had trouble learning how to make healthy bread you are encouraging us to make fry bread? You say it's healthy in small doses, which means it cannot be used regularly as bread for sandwiches or with meals.
Instead, why don't you offer recipes for wholesome and healthy breads?

Did you read the companion piece about kneadless breads and how choosing to bake at home allows you to decide what you put into your OWN bread and thus seek out recipes that fit YOUR personal schedule and health requirements? Here's a good recipe for no-knead wheat bread:
