What is going to be done with it? Is it going to be converted into yet another consignment shop/junk store?

Mr. Larry Ward plans on completely refurbishing it back to the way it was while it was open. Mr Ward told me in an interview I did with him a few months ago that Noel Neill has made her thoughts known how she would like to see it done. There will be a movie screen as well as a completely functional stage with sound equipment and lights for community or school drama groups for plays and musicals. There will also be some office space that can be rented out as well as public restrooms which will be helpful for the Superman celebration and other events here. It is estimated that this will take 2 years to complete. First task for the theater: replace the roof.
