Medical clinic closes; nurse faces lawsuit

The Youngsville Medical clinic on Milton Avenue has closed, and its director, Shelly Nash, faces a lawsuit from the Louisiana State Board of Nursing and the suspension of her nursing license.

i just found out about ths a week ago and is very upset i was going to shelly office a long time and was not awere of this and was charged out a lot of money for missing my appts. and i thought this was kinda funny if anyone can give me more info on this email me ladybuy21@yahoo.com
