This guys nickname is "ANIMAL". He did live there and he was one of the maintanence guys. Everyone that lives there knows him and they know he does have KEYS to ALL the ROOMS! The Manager LIED to the Police! I know someone that lived there for 2 months but moved cause the place is a DUMP and the owner (chinese) charges $895 for a one room dump! The owner should be charged for Theft and lying to the Police.
