Wanting American citizens to speak English is not racist. Refusing to learn the language of the country that provides for you is plain lazy.

Actually, Spanish was spoken here BEFORE the white man came in an ruined it all. So, when you go back to Germany...learn the language and don't expect anything in English..because you will be expected to LEARN GERMAN. Why not just be civil. Be kind. Love thy neighbor. Move to Utah. And only eat AMERICAN food! This is America! Eat your apple pie and hot dogs, or whatever white people eat. Don't you dare go eat a burrito or enchilada or taco anywhere. "This is America", as a white bigot would say.

Heck, let them put messages in French, German, Japanese and Russian for all I care. Welsh and Gaelic during RenFaire weekend. I'd like the opportunity to learn new phrases and, frankly, more Americans should be bi or tri-lingual. It's not that uncommon in Europe.
