Cityside is beyond horrible. All the customer service people are very rude and they have great skill in letting you know that they don't care. I've been a resident almost 2 years and I still don't have my parking permit (after requesting it countless times), the pool is constantly closed when it should be open, and forget about trying to get them to fix the plumbing in my building... No no, I don't mind dirty drain water from someone else's condo backing up into my unit...

I totally agree with "Pissed off resident". Cityside people are very rude! They towed my car away giving an excuse of snow removal but they never clean the snow on the my parking spot assigned to me! They towed three people's cars from my building because someone in my building once complained they did not melt the snow in time. So, they retaliate by towing our cars!

I'm sure they did not "retaliate" by towing your car. Furthermore, I guarantee you were given several warnings. Regarding not removing the snow from your spot after the towing; why should the other residents, through condo fees, pay to have your spot shoveled because you were too lazy to move your car after the storm? It will cost extra to have the plow company do that. But of course you are probably just reacting without the facts, which is unfortunately a product of the entitlement society we have created. This is extremely evident with owners at Condo Associations.

Daily Horoscope for January 4

Aquarius

You will not be satisfied in your work place, but give it some time and things will fall into place. Those in the construction business should get some good news. Aquarian homebodies will find things rather hectic and may develop a headache by the end of the day, so you should avoid negative thinking as much as possible.
