I'm so happy about this. They originally had planned to open St. Paddy's day and I got concerned when it did not happen. Sure am looking forward to some good old pan fried chicken and it's only 5 minutes from my house!

We have been counting the months, weeks, days, and now MINUTES until Stroud's reopens. We will be there on Monday, the same day KU will win the NCAA Championship!!!(Of course, Stroud's mashed potatoes & gravy will taste even better than that victory!):) Can't wait!!!!!!!
