Its not all hearsay. It's all true. This officer witnessed the Corporal getting into this womans car. Some things occured that were not printed because of their disgusting nature. You need to know all the facts. Read this new article. This reporter did a bang up job but even his editor would not allow some of the things that DID occurr to be printed. They were just to disgusting. I know for 100% fact these things happened as I saw the camera phone pictures Mr. Medina was passing around to his co workers of this woman. Lets just say she was in various stages of undress and he was more than happy to show her off. The comments she typed in the mesages did not leave much to the imagination. So until you know all the facts you cannot call this hearsay.

anyone can take pictures on a cell phone. doesnt prove that the act happened on campus or during the officers shift. one needs solid proof to go to trial.

and just seeing him go into a car with a woman isnt proof either. heck, they could be in there talking.

I never made the connection between 'Mark Medina' in the newspaper and my cousin Mark Medina until another cousin told me it was him.

I hate to say it, but I believe every word of the accusations.

Sex in cars, the police station, eagle access building, 300 building, etc, it is all possible and it ALL happened.

Lets just say he was seen by police officers and CSOs. In fact, on one occassion, Medina thrust his fingers under antoher officers nose and said "smell that, that is some good shit".....

the funny thing about that night is that Merideth Qualls was wearing a short skirt as Medina leaned into ger car, kissed her all over her upper body, felt her breats and put his fingers up her skirt. this was all witnessed by another officer except for the "up her skirt" part which was later smelt.

Mark Medina did commit all of these acts and threaten his subordinates with termination if they reported him. There are many people that witnessed, at different levels, all of these acts.

If you Don't believe it ask they female about the pictures she sent Mark Medina on his cell phone that included her nude in the shower, on her bathroom floor, on her bed, etc. the entire police department saw them because Mark Medina showed them and bragged about his affair.

It goes without saying that Kevin Segawa is dirty on multiple levels. Why bother commenting on that coward? Soon he will be gone too.

Ryan Myers? Again, why bother??? it has been proven, on many occassions, that he is a liar and has violated many district policies including "violence in the workplace" which is very serious.

I understand your position as a Segawa supporter , as I too, was once a supporter of his.

It started when I first met him and he told me that he worked a the LAPD for just over 10 years and was assigned such duties as C.R.A.S.H. and was runner up for "rookie of the year".

He then went on to tell stories of his years at Mira Costa College PD and his involvement with special task forces including anti-terrorism teams.

Kevin is a very good speaker and can be very convincing and with a resume like that who wouldn't be impressed???

Imagine the disappointment I felt when I learned of the truth...

LAPD - FIRED before completing his probation.(Sound familiar) Apparently Kevin was fired at about the 8 month mark for a domestic violence with his 1st wife in which his service pistol was used in some fashion (not fired) during the altercation. Keep in mind that the academy is 6 months. So Kevin had about 2 months of field experience........

While at Mira Costa, Kevin was involved in many unsavory situations that led to his nickname "shyster".

Then to find out that he possesses none of the qualifications for his position as head of security/chief of police.......

Yes, it is all very disappointing. I feel ashamed that I used to respect him. He is an embarrassement to the uniform that respectable men and woman have given their lives for. Disgraceful really.

Thankfully in our wonderful world there is a thing called karma. Karma, as we all know, can (and in Kevin's case)will be horrible.

Especially considering Kevin was the MAJOR player in Dawn's daughter moving to another state. This is according to the many conversations Kevin had with his officers in which he said "I kicked that little bitch out of my house".

Dawn is a very respectable person (as far as we know) and we will all be truly amazed if she stood by the Coward after all of this......

We can all agree that his employer won't as they have already fired his protector Zampi/Tyler.
