There are houses that take animals/pets but won't be cheap as Mendocino can be expensive. Trailers is more reasonable if you can find one there and sometime you do and sometime you don't. Good luck.

Do you mean the county of the town? Why would you want to do that? It's a great place to visit but unless you are independently wealthy it's no place to live.
