Empire helped me get into a gated community in Baytree even though I only make minimum wage at a convenience store! They are the best... but now that my interest rates are catching up with the principal loan amount i might have to give my house back to the bank unless the taxpayers would bail me out please!

Sounds like Great People to Deal with....thought most of that type lenders were in Jail or Shot !
