I think you should have someone look into Mr.Bogar's background when he lived in Jamestown. He helped to split a family there, by distortingthe truth in an affidavit to the court. resulting in tearing the family apart. He is one guy not trust. Maybe a true politician, he says one thing to your face and then does soemthing else.Very much a person who is in love with himself. Also check his finacial background when he lived in Fargo. Ask others tha know of him, they will tell you te same.

I am interested in this... I did a check of court records and did not find any affidavit with Mr. Bogar's name. What might he have done. Also no records of him in Fargo.
Perhaps you are thinking of someone else? I always to to check things like this out when it comes to our public officials and that is why I am confused.
