A melting pot? LOL....gimme a break! The pot melted a long, long time ago. There is no real diversity here in Miami. Where are the Chinese, Italian, Russian, Irish and just normal, working class Anglo neigjborhoods? The black people in Miami are confined to the worst neigjborhoods because most cannot afford to live in this cesspool of a city (a lot of racism here anyway).

This is a horrible place to live. Of course it's not fair to blame just one group of people, but laws need to be changed and sentences toughened and the driving test itself needs to be made much harder to pass.

We do control Miami I agree which is why we have the corruption and/or self serving bunch we have in power.
In fact what most places consider corruption its usually just considered unethical here if even that.
I am not even sure if a Cuban politician/official has ever been voted out of office in Miami?
I know some have been carted away by FBI but not voted out.

I want the best candidate for office but seems many Cubans here simply want a Cuban .
To be honest with you I find the political standards so low that I actually DO NOT want any more Cubans in power here.
