"The ProToReAm Initiative" continues its weekly series of screening relevant and informative documentaries. On Monday, November 16, 23 and 30, we'll be presenting a group of documentaries and short videos covering the H1N1 virus. Presenters and presentations include but are not limited to: doctors from the U.S. Dept. of Health and Human Services, Centers for Disease Control and Food and Drug Administration; University of California - Berkeley-sponsored panel discussion with Art Riengold, Professor of Global Health in the School of Public Health at UCB, Russell Vance, Asst. Professor in Molecular and Cell Biology at UCB, Wayne Goetz, Professor in Environmental Science Policy and Management in the College of Natural Resources and finally Prof Amy Herr, Asst. Professor of Bio-Engineering in the UCB College of Engineering. This panel discussion is put on by The Berkley Center for Emerging & Neglected Diseases and is titled "Swine Flu 2009: Are We Facing a Pandemic?"; Dr. Garth Nicolson, Ph.D., Microbiologist, President and Founder of The Institute for Molecular Medicine; Congressman and Doctor Ron Paul; Barbara Loe Fisher, President of the National Vaccine Information Center; Dr. Alma True Ott.
