Cops battle underage drinking, break up two Mechanicville parties

In Mechanicville, city police raided two house parties this past weekend and charged 23 people with possession of alcohol with intent to consume while under the age of 21.

Seriously? INTENT to consume? Who are police to say they can write that on a ticket. That is COMPLETE nonsense. Just because someone has it in the vicinty you cant charge them with SOMETHING they MIGHT do. That is such a joke

If the police come in the house and there are still kids holding a open beer, That Intent they should throw the book at the kid that hosted the party, It's not the first time he was in trouble!
