High chemical levels found in dogs and cats

Well, we've been reading the ingredient listings on our own food. Now we'll have to pay more attention to the ingredients listed on our pet food. Oh joy!

How many chemicals are in pet food that are not listed? There have been some recalls recently of pet foods with contaminants.

I wonder if this is as big a deal as they are making it out to be. How many of us let our dogs drink out of the toilet? How many of us buy toys for our pets that they end up ingesting? How many of our pets have other weird habits, like eating linoleum or chewing the drapes/curtains?

And they spent tax payer money on this?

I love this headline "High Chemical Levels found in dogs and cats". What high levels of chemicals did they find? Some salt? Some H20? Some hemoglobin? I've heard that dihydrogen oxide is terrible deadly, especially when ingested into the lungs.
