That's a great move, especially on Mother's Day and on William and Mary's Graduation commencement, when tons of people (family and friends) will be traveling eastbound for the College commencement.
They should have done this on another weekend.

I doubt they'll be traveling at 4am. I also doubt there is any such thing as a 'good' time to reverse lane travel.
